John (and Sara),
It could be normal to have reduced expectations when the VXV chapter for the week begins with the introduction of a very odd looking pregnant lady and a red, seven headed dragon.
Now I don’t remember exactly how you got there. But your tender, insightful revelation of the distinction between condemnation and conviction was a needed ministry moment for me.

John, thanks for digging deep. Thanks for listening to the Holy Spirit.
”Since you have in obedience to the truth purified your souls for a sincere love of the brethren, fervently love one another from the heart, for you have been born again not of seed which is perishable but imperishable, that is, through the living and enduring Word of God.” 1 Peter 1:22-23.
